Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond bdt78's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. bdt78 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where practicable, but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of service unavailability.

8. Amendments and Governing Law
